There's no place like home, well.........

Allie and Aubrie posing for a picture after get ready from a cold morning swimming! We stayed in room 424. We thought that was kind of ironic since Justin's birthday is 4/24. Picture of the hotel, right outside our door! Our hotel was a block away from Knott's Berry Farm. We had a few hours to kill before our shuttle to the airport came. We decided to walk down and see the shops. We got to taste All Natural Peanut Butter, Berry Punch and homemade Fudge. The Fudge was so good that I went to see how much it was. Unfortunately at the end of a trip $13.00 lb was too steep! These are some pictures I took of the girl's around the park at Knott's Berry! We at lunch at a place called Portillos! It reminds me of a place from Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. It was a hot dog place. The girls love hot dogs so we knew we couldn't go wrong. Justin had a "Garbage" Salad. They call it that, because it is everything you can think of to go on a salad and then a little more. I had a BBQ chicken salad. They were both so good. We tried the girl's hot dogs and was surprised how good they were. So if you are ever in Buena Park for lunch I suggested Portillos! I give it 5 stars! We went back to the hotel and waited a few minutes for our shuttle, The girl's played a game in the lobby, Justin slept and I did what I love best, took pictures of this! C-YA REAL SOON!

CELEBRATE TODAY!

This year the theme for Disneyland was What are you celebrating? There was too many people waiting to get there picture taken when we left so I just took a picture of the sign to remember what we were celebrating! We celebrated Aubrie's first time to Disneyland. We celebrated Justin's birthday and his first time to Disneyland! We celebrated that I was able to talk Justin into going to Disneyland. We celebrated the first time that I got to take Allie to Disneyland! We celebrate life, love and cherished memories! WE CELEBRATE THAT WE ARE A FAMILY! What are you celebrating? We saw Mickey Mouse on the way out of the park, a perfect ending for a perfect trip! While we were waiting Justin crashed and the girl's sat beside them. As a good mother I try to convinced them to get off the ground but Dad won this battle. All I could do was take a picture.

THE BATHROOM

I think we managed to see every bathroom in Disneyland and California Adventure!!! It felt like we went to the bathroom just as many times as we went on rides. It was getting pretty late and we only had time for one more ride. Before we got on, Justin said he needed to go to the bathroom. We found a restroom and the girls and I waited for him. Not more then a second later I saw Justin walk out, I looked up and he had went into the women's restroom. I laughed and laughed. He didn't find it so humorous! He was not very happy when I made him take the picture by the sign. It was too good to pass up!

"HORSEYS"

After Splash Mountain, we decided to go ride the horses! We were so sad, Friday they were suppose to have fireworks and we were excited for Justin to end his birthday with fireworks. We had found a good spot and then over the intercom we hear "Due to higher winds the fireworks will be cancelled this evening, we are sorry for any inconvience this may cause". Normally it wouldn't have been so bad but the girls were so excited all day telling their Dad that he got fireworks for his birthday. We may have been at the "Happiest Place on earth" but there was two little girls that were not!

Another Nap on Dad/ Aubrie's New Favorite Ride

We decided to head back to Disneyland after we had spent the day at California Adventure. Both days about this time, Aubrie was wiped out. She did really good both days and only had to have dad put her on his shoulder's at night. We decided to ride the train around to Critter Country and Fantasy Land. Aubrie got a good nap and was ready to go when we reached Splash Mountain. We thought we would get Fast Passes for Splash Mountain and then head to the "Horses" Carousel. Aubrie had wanted to ride the Horses again since that was her favorite ride. When we reached Splash Mountain there was only a five minute wait so we went on it twice. The first time was ok but the second time they put Allie and I in the front. Now remember I was already wet from Roarin Rapids so when we went down the huge fall I was soaked again! Justin put his arms in the air and Aubrie hung on to him! She looks like she has her hands up in the air. Allie managed to stay dry by ducking so low that you can't even see her in the pictures. After the first time we asked Aubrie what she wanted to do this was her reply!

California Screamer!!!! or Utah Screamers

Justin and Allie had went on the California Screamer early in the morning. After the parade Justin talked me into going on it. Allie is such a trooper she went on it with me. Justin and Aubrie went and got Fast Passes to California Screamer and Allie and I went on the Roarin Rapid River Ride. I got soaked. It was about 6:00 p.m. and it was so cold. My jacket that was a round my waist was soaked and so was the rest of me. The rest of the night seemed to be a little chilly to me. I was thinking this ride would be a piece of cake! I guess not! Pictures of Allie and I on the California Screamer! I saw these beautiful flowers and couldn't help but take pictures. Allie posing for me!

Pixar Parade

We went and rode Monsters Inc and then headed to the parade. We were right where it started. We watched the doors open. Because there is so many pictures I made it into a slide show.

Playhouse Disney

After eating a full course meal, we went and watched Playhouse Disney Live on Stage. The girls love to watch these cartoon's in the morning: They wouldn't let you take any flash photography inside so I took a picture of outside to remember it by.

Ariel's Grotto

Ariel's Grotto was a high class fine cuisine. Or at least that was the way Disneyland advertises. Because we had a free breakfast at our hotel, we opted to have lunch with the princess instead of breakfast with the other Disney characters. Since it was Justin's birthday and we didn't have to pay for our park tickets, I thought it was worth paying a little extra for the lunch. I didn't figure tax, tip and the kids prices so it cost us a pretty penny! Since we had reservations, we only waited a few minutes and then they led us down this beautiful staircase. At the bottom, they get to take a picture with Ariel. They take a professional picture for $30 but then let parent's take pictures as well. This was the kids menu. At the table, they bring each princess a crown and stickers to decorate their crown. We were first visited by Prince Charming! A little older then I imagined! Belle visits next! Each princess, signed their autograph, took a smiling picture and then let the girl's hug them! It was pricesless! You can tell in Aubrie's expression that she was just a little excited! Cinderella! Sleeping Beauty! Allie told Sleeping Beauty that she dressed up like her for Halloween. Sleeping Beauty got so excited and it was a cute little conversation! Snow White was just like I had imagined her. She was a cute little bubbly princess. Aubrie told her that she was Snow White for Halloween and Snow White giggled. She also commented on their pretty red bows that were just like hers. It was very pricey, but the girls loved and soaked up every minute with the princesses! Now for Justin, I asked how was it to eat with so many princesses including us of course, and his responses was "I'm just here for the food, mother!" (movie quote from Ever After)I couldn't help take this picture! As lunch progressed, the waitresses would come out and sing Happy Birthday to little princesses who were celebrating their birthday. Allie kept telling the waitress that it was her dad's birthday. I think she was afraid because he wasn't a little princess they wouldn't sing to her. But as dessert was served he got sung to! This was our platter of dessert. Not sure why I didn't take pictures of our food. I had tri-tip, Justin had a sea food bowl, Allie had Meatball Lollipops and Aubrie had Sea-shell pasta.
