Happy Halloween

A mean witch

When I asked Allie what she wanted to be for Halloween she said, I was to be something mean or scarey. I was kind of surprised since she has been a princess the last three years. It was fun for Allie when she decided to be a witch. She had a lot of fun with Halloween this year.

Dora the Explorer

There was no doubt what Aubrie wanted to be for Halloween. She loves Dora. I think the first thing she says when she wakes up in the morning is Can I watch Dora?

Dora and Diego

Trick or Treat!

This year we got to go Trick or Treating with our cousins. Allie was a scarey witch, Ellee was Hannah Montana, Jag was Diego and Aubrie was Dora. During the night Aubrie would say come on cousin or let's go Diego. I'm not sure if she really realized that in the TV show Diego is Dora's cousin. We had a lot of fun and got way too much candy!

I'M HUNGRY!

On Saturday, I was folding laundry and watching the BYU football game. I had started cooking some noodles for lunch. Aubrie kept saying, "Mom I'm hungry." I kept telling her lunch was cooking. I went to put the towels away in the bathroom and came out to find this. I guess she was hungry!!

Carving Pumpkins

For Family Home Evening, we carved pumpkins. It was a new experience for me as I have never carved a pumpkin, imagine that in 31 years. We always painted them or decorated them. I now know why! It is very slimy and gross. I was really excited for Allie & Aubrie to get to clean out their pumpkins and enjoy the moment with their dad and I loved taking pictures. Aubrie started out by decorating both sides of her pumpkin and then decide to carve her pumpkin. Allie went straight for cutting and digging in.

Good Deeds & Happy Moments

We were invited to have Good Deeds and Happy Moments with Papa and Maama. For those of you who don't know, Good Deeds and Happy Moments is a Tranchell tradition. While growing up, before family prayers they would sing their family song "Have I done any good in the world today" then they would take turns youngest to oldest saying a Good Deed for the day and a Happy Moment for the day. It is a fun tradition to be a part of! Maama took a family picture of us right after "Good Deeds & Happy Moments.

Sunday at Papa & Maama's

Playing games with Papa and Maama after Sunday dinner. Thanks for playing with us! We love you Papa & Maama!
After several weeks of wiggling,
Allie's tooth finally fell out.
This is Allie's 3rd baby tooth that has come out.

Family Home Evening

Justin got home from work early!!!! We decided for Family Home Evening we would go for a RIDE up the canyon to see the leaves. When we got there, we (Justin) decided to get out and take a walk. We were very prepared for the hike. I had grabbed my camera and I was very grateful.
Here we are enjoying the Fall Season in T-shirts, sandals and no make-up.

Maple Mountain

Pictures that were taken in Maple Mountain!

BYU FOOTBALL GAME

I have an obession with BYU football, thanks to my dad. He taught me how to yell at a TV, as if it would make a difference. So on Friday October 3rd, we had a football party. BYU was playing Utah State. Of course, Justin worked late again, but he did manage to make it home at half time. During half time, we had bought silly string at the Dollar Store so the girls and I were outside in the dark spraying each other when we saw Justin coming up the driveway. We attacked him. Unfortuately, he is bigger than us and he got Allie's can and sprayed us good! For our treats we had cracker, cheese and meats, little smokies, a relish tray, cookies and capri suns.

School Carnival

On Allie's birthday, her school had a carnival. Justin had to work late so I decided to take the girls. We had so much fun. Allie was a great big sister and helped Aubrie up the stairs. They jumped and bounced on the slides so high I thought we might be visiting the MD before we were done. We laughed a lot and it was a great way to spend a birthday! Allie and Aubrie after getting their hair painted. Allie and Aubrie eating sno cones. I realized that this was the first time Aubrie had eaten one.
