For Family Home Evening, we carved pumpkins. It was a new experience for me as I have never carved a pumpkin, imagine that in 31 years. We always painted them or decorated them. I now know why! It is very slimy and gross. I was really excited for Allie & Aubrie to get to clean out their pumpkins and enjoy the moment with their dad and I loved taking pictures.
Aubrie started out by decorating both sides of her pumpkin and then decide to carve her pumpkin. Allie went straight for cutting and digging in.
