This year the garden became a pile of weeds as Justin was getting an A out of Anatomy. We decided to try to harvest what we could. With our friends we made enough Salsa to split three ways and come home with 32 jars. Justin made one more batch last night and made an additional 27 pints.

Look at that yummy salsa. Can't wait for our christmas baking party because I know you will have chips and salsa to eat.
WOW! I don't know how much you have made in years past, but I would be excited to have just the 27 pints in the pantry.
