Justin and Allie completed their second triathlon this year at the Murray Youth and Family Triathlon on Labor Day. Allie had to swim 75 meters, bike 2.6 miles and run .6miles to complete her triathlon. So proud of her and that she really believes in herself!!
I didn't get a picture of Justin in the water but this is him in line waiting for his turn to swim. Justin's swim time and transition time were combined so we are not sure where he placed in the swim.
Justin biking. He finished 5th overall with a time of 15 minutes 30 seconds.
Justin running. His run was 17th overall for a time of 10 minutes 36 seconds.
Justin took 1st place in his age category and 6th overall out of 39 men with a time of 31 minutes 31 seconds.
Allie swimming. She was 59th on her swim with a time of 3 minutes 19 seconds. Not bad for a girl who just learned to swim laps this summer.
Allie biking. She took 10th overall with a time of 14 minutes 4 seconds. I need to learn to take pictures. Justin bought me a nice camera but I still don't know how to use it and I HATE reading instructions!!

27th out of 67 kids with a time of 31 minutes and 40 seconds.

My sister's are such great Aunts!! They are always supporting me and my children and I love them so much!!
Laralynn kept TaylieJo occupied most of the race so I could watch and take pictures.
Justin with his parents! Unfortunately, we usually take our parent's love and support for granted in our lives. They traveled up to Murray to watch Allie and Justin.
