4th of July

What a fun day we had. We started our morning very early. Our second attempt to ride our bikes to Provo to watch the Hot Air Balloons. Last year we didn't quite make it in time to watch them launched. This year we left at 5:30 and made it over there in an hour. We were riding pretty fast but it was so worth it. I admire Allie's determination and happy attitude. She gets right up and can't wait to start the day. She is pretty tough and endures a lot of crap her parents give her. We have a joke around our house that she is Daddy's girl, because she is tough just like her dad. She also has such a sweet heart. Aubrie is not much of a morning person! It doesn't matter where you are going, she needs about 15 minutes to get herself together before she gets up. This was not one of those morning. She insisted on wearing her sunglasses and taking her Book of Mormon that her primary teacher (Bro. and Sis. Johnson) gave her. She takes it with her everywhere and opens it and pretends she is reading it. It is pretty cute!

Aubrie is just like me...Don't talk to me when I first wake up.. I am definately not a morning person.

Your girls are amazing..I can't believe how many miles Allie can ride her bike in one day. She has great strength and determination.

It was fun to see you guys while you were out on your bike ride...
