Easter at the Barton's
When my mom died, Lisa decided to take on the Easter Tradition and host our family Easter Party. My mom always hid our baskets and we would have to search the house for them. I think she got the tradition from her mom because I remember Grandma Hatfield alway hid a chocolate bunny for each of the grandkids. After you found one you could search for more but you could never tell anyone esle where they were hiding. My mom had so much fun hiding her son-in-laws baskets. As most of us can remember she hid Taun's basket in a flour bucket by emptying all the flour into other containers. Why would anyone look in the flour bucket? My mom was always clever like that. This year, Lisa let the kids hide their parents and the parents got to hide the kids. We had a lot of fun! Thanks Lisa for keeping mom alive!
